Dr. Tracy F. Bales
President/Owner, Bales Security.
President/Owner
Dr. Tracy Bales brings a unique combination of academic, research, and management experience to her leadership role at Bales Security. Tracy earned her Ph.D. from the University of South Florida's (USF) College of Behavioral and Community Sciences, focusing her research on violence prevention. She holds dual bachelor's degrees from USF and the University of Florida. She received her master's degree in public health and graduate certificate in translational research from USF.
Her academic foundation and extensive research complement her management experience. Tracy conducted research in organizational efficiency, employee motivation, and performance improvement in both corporate and military settings. She has analyzed multimodal technology and sensory modalities to enhance soldier performance, examined role stressors in supervisor-employee relationships, and investigated non-conscious behaviors to understand productivity and well-being. Beyond behavioral science, Tracy has over 20 years of experience in workplace design promoting safety, efficiency, and productivity. Her diverse background informs an innovative approach to security management, blending behavioral science, organizational strategy, and environmental sensitivity and design.
